I’m Faisal, the proud owner of Istanbul Grill along with Aslan.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

When I decided to introduce Istanbul Grill to Orlando, FL, I wanted to bring the authentic taste of Turkish food to the city. During the years that I had lived here, no restaurant had come close to the true taste of the food I’d enjoyed as a child.

I wanted to share the delicious and rich experiences I had with the people of Orlando, and this led me to launch Istanbul Grill, a one of a kind halal Turkish restaurant.

We’ve been in business for over fifteen successful years now and are happy to have had all the experiences we did over the years. These experiences have shaped our restaurant into an exceptional business, and have even garnered us an excellent reputation in the city.

Besides preparing delicious food, we like to offer our clients great services. After all, in the hospitality industry, complete customer satisfaction plays a significant role in clients’ happiness. It also determines how they review your business and if they will encourage others to come to your restaurant.

I personally enjoy interacting with our customers and giving them the five-star treatment. As an amiable individual, engaging with customers is very easy for me. Similarly, when it comes to the star of our business, that is the food, I like to ensure that every meal is prepared in the same manner that we would for our families. After all, our restaurant is an extension of our home, and we see our customers as our extended family.

In addition to our authentic cuisine and high customer service standards, we also pride ourselves on our hygiene practices. We clean and sanitize our kitchen, appliances, tools, utensils, and dining area regularly to ensure that the place is free from contaminants of all sorts. We also ensure that our waste is managed appropriately, and our staff follows the recommended hygiene protocol carefully.

I absolutely love it when customers applaud our services and standards. However, the biggest compliment we can receive is when our customers take the time to review us and share their positive experiences with others.

When I’m not at the restaurant, I love to travel and learn from other diners around the world. Every professional in the restaurant business has secrets to share, and I love learning from them to enhance my business. Apart from learning how to elevate my customers’ experience, I also look at ways to make my employees happy. They play a significant role in keeping my restaurant in business, and I like to show them that I appreciate their efforts.
